The Savio UV lamp is not operating
The transformer is not plugged - Check the plug. If the GFCI switch has tripped, reset it. If this occurs often, please consult an electrician. The UV bulb has blown - Bulbs need to be replaced every so often depending on usage. You can order replacement lamps from one of dealers. To find one in your area click Dealer Locator
The Savio Transformer is not operating
The transformer is not plugged - Check the plug. If the GFCI switch has tripped, reset it. If this occurs often, please consult an electrician. The transfomer has worn out - Transfomers need to be replaced every so often depending on usage. You can order replacement transfomers from one of dealers. What size of UV do I have?
On the Bulb and the transformer it will have the model number on it will start with a RU.
Savio UVinex Warranty
Savio Engineering provides a manufacturer's limited warranty of 1 year from original purchase date. Warranty does not cover consumables or wear items such as bulbs, sleeves or o-rings. Warranty is non-transferable. Within the warranty period Savio will repair materials with manufacturing deficiencies at their discretion. This warranty does not cover any faults caused by improper use, installation and handling of the device or as a result of wear and tear. Savio Engineering, Inc. does not assume liability for consequential damage caused by the failure of the Savio UVinex™. Warranty is void if the product is not used in accordance with instructions.
